Interior Design Study

An interior study translates the design concept into a concrete vision of the future office. It develops the design to a level that allows for the verification of the functionality, aesthetics, and cost of the entire project, and enables key decisions to be made even before the design phase begins.

At this stage, we address materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements in detail, with an emphasis on functionality, ergonomics, and user comfort. Through floor plans, visualizations, and other design deliverables, we develop a clear vision of the space’s future form. The result is a well-thought-out design that bridges the gap between the design vision and the technical and economic realities of the project.

Application of the Concept
We develop the concept into a concrete interior design and translate it into spatial and material solutions for the individual parts of the project. At this stage, the concept is translated into the actual functionality of the space for the first time, and the client sees the first 3D renderings.
Visual Design
We create visualizations, sketches, and collages that explore spatial solutions, atmosphere, and material concepts in a design. They serve as tools for decision-making and refining the design.
Interior Design
We define the final design of the interior, including key elements, materials, and furnishings, as the basis for the subsequent project documentation and technical development of the design.

How does it work

Interpretation of the Concept
We translate the concept into specific designs for individual spaces. We define the character of the reception area, work zones, meeting rooms, and communal areas of the office.

Proposal for Key Zones
We create 3D renderings of selected interior elements to validate the atmosphere, material choices, and key design principles of the project. These renderings serve as a basis for refining and finalizing the design.

Materials and Equipment
We select specific materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture elements. We verify how they work together, their functionality, and whether they fit within the budget.

Final Visualization
We create visualizations, sketches, and collages to validate the spatial layout, atmosphere, and design principles of a project.

Bidding Documents
We define the final design of the interior, materials, and key details. This forms the basis for the subsequent project documentation.

Coordination of Designers
We coordinate the various disciplines and their design components. We ensure consistency in the design solutions throughout the entire project and eliminate conflicts.
