The booklet is more than a document. It is the distillate of our work, a basis for decision-making, but also a beautiful artefact. It is a structured way of carrying out the design in several chapters, as in the case of our design for the Harrachov hotel:

Urbanism
We are based on a thorough analysis of the territory, its limits and potential. We look for the main idea – often simple but supportive – that determines the logic of the design and gives the volumes their shape and location.
Architecture
Here we formulate the building program and translate it into functional floor plans. For some projects, such as the Šedý Vlk hotel in Harrachov, we work with variant layouts. The chapter also includes realistic visualizations, technical sections of the facade or details of the anchoring of the wooden cladding.
Landscape
The Landscape chapter defines the character of the surroundings, the boarding spaces and the principles of blue-green infrastructure. We describe downstream vegetation, stormwater management or proposed furniture elements.
Interior
We design interiors with function, users and long-term sustainability in mind. The design detail brings authenticity and soul to the design.
Profession
In the final section we prove that all our ideas are technically feasible. It is often the “invisible” parts of the design that guarantee that the vision can become reality.
A dedicated team of urban planners, architects, landscapers, interior designers and technicians work on each chapter. It is the combination of these disciplines under one roof in Karlín that gives our designs strength and complexity.
We don’t just build pretty facades. We create healthy homes, quality landscapes, enriching public spaces and timeless interiors. The proof? At Perspective, we see it every day.
