3Contractor Selection Documentation
We will prepare the necessary documentation and provide technical support during the contractor selection process. We will ensure that the bids are comparable in terms of their compliance with the project plan and recommend the best option.

4Commencement of Author Supervision
Once construction begins, we will start providing project supervision. We will establish a communication plan with the contractor, set a regular schedule for site inspections, and implement a system for approving samples and details.

5Ongoing inspection days and sampling
We regularly participate in inspection days and evaluate samples of materials and products. We promptly address issues that arise on the construction site and coordinate any changes with both the client and the contractor.
