Urban Design Proposals and Public Spaces

Urban planning is not merely the spatial organization of the built environment. It is a discipline that creates a framework for everyday life, social interaction, and the functioning of the landscape in an urban setting.

We design new neighborhoods, redevelopment areas, public spaces, and landscape structures. We seek a balance between development density, access to services, mobility, water management, and the long-term quality of public spaces.

Taking into account the limitations and potential of the site, establishing goals and basic principles for the organization of the territory, public and private spaces, their hierarchy, and the landscape as a whole.

Proposal for an Urban Development Concept
A proposal for the basic spatial structure of the area, including zoning regulations, links to mobility, public infrastructure, and the landscape system.

Development of Public Spaces
Design of streets, squares, parks, and other places of everyday life, with an emphasis on the quality and identity of the environment.

Verification of the Design's Functionality
Repeated reviews of operational relationships, phasing, environmental impacts, and the long-term sustainability of the solution.

Preparation for the Next Phases of the Project
Preparing the design as the basis for subsequent project documentation and implementation.

- Richard is an experienced landscape architect with many years of professional experience who specializes in the design and implementation of public spaces of various scales. - Branislav started out as an architect designing buildings; today, as part of the Planning team, he works on large-scale infrastructure projects that offer him a broader scope and greater diversity of assignments. He combines his architectural background with data analysis, approaching each project as a unique challenge—with an emphasis on context and well-thought-out solutions that clients can rely on.

- Kristýna is an urban planner and architect specializing in landscape architecture; her expertise in spatial planning allows her to address projects within a broader context.
