Modern Penthouse with an Endless View

Housing for our client is located in a new residential project on the right banks of the Vltava river. The top floor of the penthouse is bordered with roof terraces with unlimited views of the Prague panorama. Tasteful discretion provides the space for character and a sense of detail.

The design reflects the California aesthetics – it uses a neutral color palette, accentuates open, airy spaces, and plenty of natural light. The minimalist and timeless look is riddled with natural materials. Soft white tones and muted shades create a warm ambience in this apartment. Inpiration from natural materials and colors contrasts subtly with the minimalist look of chrome accessories.

Design

We aimed to create a space that ensures comfort and functionality. Inspiration from natural materials and colors contrasts subtly with the minimalist look of chrome accessories. Plenty of light passes through large windows that line the entire space of the apartment and blur the boundary between interior and exterior. The interior combines simple shapes and original elements, but thanks to the use of natural materials, the warmth of the home is not lost.

We like to design hidden kitchens especially in open-plan schemes, as the look like living furniture rather than classic kitchen with cabinets and plenty of appliances on show. The beautiful knotted wooden doors fold effortlessly into the cabinet body for a clean, minimal look.
